Weekly Lesson Plans
This section is for educators or instructors who subscribe to our services. On a weekly basis, throughout the traditional school year, Pretty 'n Pink USA, LLC. provides lessons on key areas of growth which gives young girls, preteens and teens the opportunity to learn more about themselves and the world around them. These lessons reinforce the goal by providing step by step activities or programs to build self-esteem and provide young girls with the necessary tools to navigate through life. The frequency of lessons and the length of the programs vary by age group. Materials and books can be purchased on select topics for group discussion if needed..

Any copies made of materials, information, content, logo, etc. without the consent of PRETTY 'N PINK USA will be considered infringement of copyright and trademark laws.
You acknowledge and agree upon usage of PRETTY 'N PINK USA programs, materials, and instructions that you will be illicit in the manner described in the teacher/instructor's manual and for every group, you will not have group sizes of more than twelve (12) for each program or age group.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of any PRETTY ‘N PINK approved banners and links and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK programs, materials or content bearing PRETTY ‘N PINK’ Marks may not be altered in font, design, arrangement, colors or elements; nor may they be animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.
You acknowledge and agree that you may not commercially exploit PRETTY ‘N PINK USA, LLC’s programs, materials, or content and/or PRETTY 'N PINK approved banners and links.
You agree that you will not use PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs, materials, and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK’ banners and links for purposes that violate the laws of any state, country, or other jurisdiction, including without limitation all laws relating to copyright and trademark.
You acknowledge and agree that you may not misrepresent your relationship with PRETTY ‘N PINK USA, LLC.
Your use of PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs/lessons, material, and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK approved banners and links may not indicate or create an impression that PRETTY ‘N PINK endorses, approves, sponsors or is affiliated with your products, goods, services, or Web site.
Your use of PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs, material and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK approved banners or links may not indicate or create an impression that PRETTY ‘N PINK will benefit from the sale of any good or service unless a cause-related product/service partnership with your organization, company or group has been approved by PRETTY ‘N PINK.
Your use of PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs, material, and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK approved banners or links may not be used in any manner likely to confuse, mislead, or deceive the public, or be averse to the best interests of PRETTY ‘N PINK.
You acknowledge and agree that you are prohibited from using PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs, material and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK approved banners or links in any way that PRETTY ‘N PINK finds, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable or which includes obscene, violent, intolerant, tasteless, denigrating or sexually oriented content or materials. Specifically, PRETTY ‘N PINK’s approved banners and links may not appear on any pages of any Web sites that include content or advertising for alcoholic beverages, tobacco, pornography, commercial sexual exploitation, partisan material, political material, or firearms.
WAIVER FORM
By signing the waiver - Pretty 'n Pink USA Permission Form, you give permission: 1. For your child to participate in the Pretty ‘n Pink USA, LLC Program; 2. To have your child participate in photos, videos or interviews conducted by Pretty ‘n Pink USA, LLC; 3. You understand that you will be asked to provide additional information through an in-person interview. You understand that the information you provide in the enrollment process will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law and with exceptions noted. You understand that incidents of child abuse or neglect, past or present, must be reported to proper authorities.
TERMS & CONDITION DECLARATION
I certify that all the information on the Pretty 'n Pink USA Permission Form is true and correct. I do hereby release the organization and its employees, agents, members, volunteers and all other persons on its behalf from any and all liability for any damage or injury which such child might sustain while participating in said program and activities, including but not limited to any liability to any right of action that may occur to such child directly, or to me as his/her guardian.
TERMINATION
PRETTY ‘N PINK may revoke your right to use PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs, materials, and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK’ banners and links at any time with or without cause. Upon receipt of notice of termination, you shall immediately cease any and all further use of PRETTY ‘N PINK’ materials and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK’ approved banners and links. PRETTY ‘N PINK has the right to seek appropriate legal action to terminate any uses of PRETTY ‘N PINK’s programs, materials and content and/or PRETTY ‘N PINK’s banners and links in the event that PRETTY ‘N PINK determines that your use does not conform to any terms and conditions of this Terms of Use or as provided elsewhere on the Web site; infringes any intellectual property right or other right of PRETTY ‘N PINK or a third party, adversely affects PRETTY ‘N PINK’s image, reputation or services or programs, violates any applicable law, regulation or ordinance, and/or is a prohibited activity.
CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to conflict of law provisions of your actual state or country of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection herewith shall be brought solely in New York County, State of New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
VIOLATION
Please be aware that violation of PRETTY ‘N PINK’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRETTY ‘N PINK for any harm arising out of your wrongful and/or improper use of PRETTY ‘N PINK’s Web site, programs, materials, and content, and/or approved banners and links.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
PRETTY ‘N PINK MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR STATEMENTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE MATERIALS AND CONTENTS ON ITS WEB SITE, INCLUDING ITS MARKS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED BY LAW.
